The management at Aparna is comprised of skilled and efficient staff that stood by the company from the time of its inception. The company has a hands-on and efficient property management team with years of experience in the routine maintenance and facility management verticals. Currently the company manages Aparna's residential properties.
APMS follows best practices to make sure that our residents at our residential properties are accorded the best comfort.
APMS provides property management services such as security, housekeeping, transportation services, maintenance, fire protection, landscaping, and pest control, operation of lifts, generators, water softening plants, sewage treatment plants, piped gas system, solar fencing and maintenance of club house amongst other maintenance activities.
APMS focuses on proactive management, preventive maintenance and energy conservation enables us to provide maximum value and capital appreciation for our properties.
